Yukihiro Yagisawa (八木沢 雪広 Yagisawa Yukihiro) is the leader of the Wind-Orchestral Club at Shiseikan High School and an the childhood friend/fellow competitor of Chiaki Tougane in the Yokohama Concourse Competition who is an accomplished trumpeter.

Yukihiro is a 17 year old teenager with short turquoise hair that has bangs swept to the left side and purple eyes.
He usually wears the school uniform of his school which is consist short sleeves and green pants and black belt, black shoes.
Personality[]
Yukihiro is a very kind, polite, mature and wise guy who has a team spirit and a very strong sense of friendship where he considers each member of the instrument club as comrades and friends that he will never leave.
Overview[]
In the anime, Yukihiro was the person who wouldn't let Shiro Hozumi quit the Wind-Orchestral Club where he protected him by refusing to suspend/expel him from the club, even though it resulted in the club being suspended from participating in competitions for a year.
History[]
Yukihiro is the childhood friend of Chiaki Tougane Chiaki Tôgane whom he knows very well because his mother was Chiaki's best friend.
He is a student in the third year at Shiseikan high school. He is also the president of the wind orchestra, composed of only 5 people following an accident. in the past, a fight took place and was caused by one of the members of the school's wind orchestra, Shiro Hozumi. The professor therefore wanted to exclude Hozumi from the instrument club but Yagisawa formally refused to do so, and insisted that he stay there. Other members of the instrument club did not share the president's point of view and wanted Hozumi to be excluded from the instrument club, so they left him. Since then, they have tried to participate in music competitions but have always been rejected, because of the same accident. But they did not give up, and were finally accepted to the national music competition, which represented an opportunity for them to restore the dignity of the wind instrument.
Thanks to Kazuki Hihara (Yukihiro's teacher) members of the orchestra have obtained permission to stay in Linden Hall, the dormitory for students of the Seisô Academy.

Kazuku gives Yukihiro extra trumpet lessons and is mentioned as being "Yagisawa-senpai's teacher" in Season 3 Episode 7.
Shiro Hozumi says it was thanks to Hihara that the Wind-Orchestral Club members were able to stay behind in Yokohama to listen to the other performers at the National Competition.
