Ryouko Mikage (御影 諒子 Mikage Ryōko) is the director of Amane who mostly posed as Alexei Zhukov's personal secretary.

Ryôko has dark green hair that is tied in a bun-ponytail with bangs framing her face where one is parted slightly to her right, blue eyes and square-rimmed glasses.

Ryouko is a mostly calm and always obedient woman of what Alexei Zhukov's orders to whom she is very close to him where she follows him everywhere most of the time and take his work of managing the school.
